Breast Therapy Gel Pads “Hot & Cold” provides comfort and relief for the most common discomforts during the first days of breastfeeding. Relieves congestion, swelling and pain. Hot and cold therapies are a great natural pain relief and are often used to treat various problems. As a general rule, heat therapy is used to treat muscle pain and stiffness, while cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling.
These multi-purpose pads can be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding and weaning. They provides soothing relief when hot or cold, relieving your aches and pains.
Instructions for cold use:
Place product in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least two hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Wear for up to 15 mins at a time
Instructions for hot use:
Place gel pack onto a plate and place inside the microwave ensuring beads are distributed evenly. Heat in microwave for up to a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-700 W microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800 - 1000 W microwaves.
Wear for up to 15 mins at a time.
